You can expect

Participants can expect a structured and supportive environment. The group follows a curriculum that covers various aspects of emotional regulation and coping skills, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness practices to help individuals become more self-aware.

Participants will learn skills for understanding and managing their emotions, which is particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with mood fluctuations common in bipolar disorder.
