Change is a natural part of life, and embracing it requires courage. Each of us has the capacity to grow and improve ourselves. I firmly believe that there are endless possibilities for personal growth and achievement when we make the conscious choice to do so. By aligning our mind, body, and spirit, we can overcome obstacles that have held us back from reaching our full potential. When you enter my therapy space, you are stepping into a collaborative and anti-oppressive environment. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere where we can explore your challenges together. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly. I incorporate a variety of holistic and somatic techniques, as well as psychodynamic and trauma-informed care, drawing from modalities such as energy psychology, parts work, and strength-based therapy, I aim to guide you on your healing journey.
