Who this group is for
Here we grow again! The Bibliotherapy Support Group for Women is back! I'm offering two new rounds of a six-week guided journey through stories, poetry and reflection that nurtures both the soul and spirit.
Together, we'll explore life transitions, resilience, and renewal; especially meaningful as one year ends and another begins.
If you or someone you know is navigating life transitions, this circle may be for you.
What to expect
Through carefully chosen reading and guided conversations, participants can expect to explore their inner landscape with depth and clarity. The group provides emotional support, creative reflection, and a sense of community among women who value authenticity and personal growth. Each session offers therapeutic structure without pressure, inviting a gentle unfolding of insight, resilience, and renewed self-connection
I bring an integrative, compassionate approach to healing and growth. My work is rooted in deep listening, trauma-informed care, and a belief in the power of story, symbolism, and embodiment. With experience in supporting women through life transitions, I draw not only from professional training but from a rich personal journey of transformation-through relationships, reinvention, and self discovery. I curate and guide therapeutic spaces that are grounded, soulful, and emotionally safe, weaving together clinical insight, intuitive presence, and creative expression. My background as a therapist, artist, and holistic practitioner allows me to meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they reconnect with their inner wisdom and resilience.
