With experience supporting adults, teens, and families through anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver burnout, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and major life transitions, I bring a warm, practical, and collaborative approach to this group.
My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and relational approaches. I also explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and cultural expectations—including beliefs about masculinity and strength—can shape the way men respond to stress, conflict, caregiving, and connection.
My experience working with parents, caregivers, first responders, and their families has given me a deep understanding of the pressure many men carry while trying to support the people who depend on them. In this group, I help members build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, manage difficult emotions, repair relationships, and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of responding to life’s challenges.
I lead each session with compassion, inclusivity, and respect, creating a space where men can speak honestly, connect with one another, and grow without judgment.
