this group is intended for folks struggling with panic, anxiety, low motivation, insomnia, trauma, low self-esteem, and emotional difficulties who need a safe place to speak about their experiences while learning how to take action to change their patterns. we will use movement, meditation, somatic inquiry, narrative, and other evidence-based approaches to address the day's needs.

You can expect

You can expect to have a check-in, practice skills, process the experience, and check out. It is a fluid group with some structure but will generally follow what the group needs for the day. The time will be used equally and some clients might be asked to share, with a "no thank you" always kept optional.
