Who this group is for

Grief is incredibly powerful, and can overtake you when your back is turned. It is a profound, life-changing journey that can leave you feeling shattered, lost and desperately alone.

This 8-week grief telehealth therapy group offers a guided, experiential space to process loss (not just understand it), connect with others who can relate, and honor your loved one while supporting your own healing.

Using a trauma-informed lens, experiential, emotion focused therapy and somatic practices, you'll have space to process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and navigate the challenges and changes that follow loss.

You’ll gain tools to cope, space to share, and support in finding your footing - without losing connection to the person you love.

What to expect

This is a therapist led confidential therapy group. Participants can expect group discussion, dyadic work including reflection, gentle movements that can done while seated, guided inquiry and more.
