This is a group for anyone who identifies as a mom, primarily moms of school-aged children. I welcome neurotypical and neurodiverse moms alike. Moms may have symptoms of anxiety, CPTSD, depression, burnout, or low self-esteem, or they may just be seeking support and to deepen their parent identity.
What to expect
Group participants are expected to commit to 10 sessions and to arrive on-time with a stable internet connection as well as be respectful of time and space shared by the group.
