Who this group is for
Many women come to this group feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to care for themselves while caring for everyone else. Life may feel busy on the outside but lonely inside. There’s a desire to feel more grounded, present, and connected and to move through life with greater ease and self-compassion. This group offers a supportive space to pause, reconnect, and apply mindfulness to real-life moments, so you can meet yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.
What to expect
Participants can expect a supportive and experiential space rooted in mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Each session includes guided mindfulness practices, parts work exploration, and opportunities for reflection and discussion. Together, we apply these tools to everyday life — relationships, emotions, and self-care — so insights become practical change. Members often leave feeling more calm, less overwhelmed, more present, compassionate toward themselves, and connected to others who understand what they’re navigating.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic awareness into my work. The benefits I’ve found from my own mindfulness and parts work practice deeply inform how I lead this group. I understand how perfectionistic tendencies, self-critical parts, and cycles of comparison can keep us feeling disconnected from our true self. I bring warmth, presence, and curiosity—guiding women to meet those parts with compassion, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and self-trust.
