31 Weeks in-person Therapy Group Series in Henderson, NV
Women who care for others, lead busy lives, or identify as high achievers and helpers. This group is ideal for those experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout from overgiving or perfectionism. Participants are often caregivers, professionals, or mothers who want to reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and find balance through yoga-informed therapy and nervous system awareness.
What to expect
Participants can expect a supportive, trauma-informed environment that blends talk therapy, mindfulness, and gentle yoga-based practices. The group focuses on helping women reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable ways to care for themselves and others. Members can expect guided practices, reflective discussion, and practical tools they can integrate into daily life. While this group supports emotional growth and nervous-system regulation, it is not a substitute for crisis or intensive individual therapy.
My work blends traditional therapy with the tools of yoga—breath, movement, and nervous system awareness—to help women who give a lot learn to reconnect with themselves. I understand what it’s like to be capable and caring, yet tired and disconnected, and I create space for women to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild from a place of ease and authenticity.
