my Story
I support adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stretched thin—whether because of stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or something harder to name. You don’t need to have a clear diagnosis or a neat explanation to begin. I offer a gentle, attuned approach rooted in nervous system awareness and trauma-responsive care. Often, our bodies are twenty steps ahead of what we consciously feel—tight shoulders, racing thoughts, exhaustion, or even flatness can be signals of something deeper. In our work together, we slow things down and begin to rebuild that connection between what you’re experiencing and what you’re feeling. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, mindfulness, and emotion-focused practices to meet you where you are, in a way that’s responsive and steady. My style is collaborative and grounded—we go at your pace, always. Whether you’re feeling numb, carrying too much, stuck in survival mode, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again—this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
