This class is great for anyone living with pain, regardless of it's cause. The skills learned in the group complement and improve the outcomes of other medical treatments
What to expect
Participants will learn concrete pain-relief skills and get a free binaural audio file. Participants are welcome to include a family member or loved one.
Dr. Anna Yam is a pain psychologist with over 15 years experience helping individuals, families and groups living with chronic pain. She is certified by Stanford University to teach this class.
