Shel Speegle

I am an associate licensed therpist who focuses healing through story telling. The stories we focus on shape how we feel and interact with the world, but they are not the only stories available to us. I believe that seperating out societal and familial stories and help us find our own story, and identify the best way we can move forward that feels right to us, not what feels like we are supposed to be doing. I encorperate humor and play, and believe these are the corner stones to healing.
