Who this group is for

This group is for people looking for a safe place to learn to share there emotions, act more natural in ambiguous spaces, navigate uncertain social situations with more grace and confidence. If you feel like you can't quiet connect with others this group will give you the skills!

What to expect

We will meet once a week, coming each week is highly encouraged. We will be moving around and playing. You will participate in games and role plays, but you won't be judged on your acting! This group is to help you improve your interpersonal skills through the practice of improv!

I am an licensed associate therapist, and an avid improver. I believe play can help us rehears for real life in a safe way. I will be encouraging, and provide you with instruction and tools you need to succeed if you decide to give this a try!
