my Story
Getting to know ourselves more deeply takes courage—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you as we gently peel back the layers of life that may be weighing on you, helping you find more balance, clarity, and fulfilling relationships with yourself and others. I hold intentional space for Black and Brown women, queer folks of color, and first-generation individuals from marginalized racial backgrounds. Sometimes we have a sense of what’s holding us back, and other times we don’t—both are completely natural places to begin. Together, we’ll explore how your past may be shaping your present and create room for relief from heavy thoughts and painful emotions. Along the way, we’ll identify practical tools to help you feel grounded, balanced, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. My approach is authentic, warm, interactive, and compassionate. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship focused on helping you reach your goals. I’ll meet you where you are to cultivate a safe, healing space—one where you can be your whole self and gently explore the layers that may be ready to shift.
