Who this group is for

Specifically for BIPOC Early Career Clinicians, I want this to be a space for where cultural context is centered — not explained — and where we can deepen our clinical work while also tending to ourselves.

What to expect

This will be a space where you can:

*Process burnout, imposter feelings, and the challenges of early-career life
*Receive thoughtful feedback to strengthen your skills and build confidence
*Connect with other BIPOC clinicians who truly understand this work

Sabine PaulLCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I’m a trauma-focused, Level 1 IFS therapist trained in DBT, ERP, and EMDR who integrates somatic practices into my work. As a Black, Queer, first-generation clinician, I bring both my clinical training and lived experience into the room. I care deeply about creating spaces where clinicians of color feel affirmed, resourced, and supported in a field that can sometimes feel isolating.

My specialties include anxiety, OCD, racism-related stress, complex trauma and PTSD, harm reduction, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and ADHD. I primarily work with adults across diverse identities and cultural backgrounds, and I’m especially passionate about supporting Black and Brown women, queer folks of color, and first-generation individuals from racially marginalized communities.
