my Story
I value compassionate honesty about what is observed or felt at any moment. I appreciate transparency, humor, and cultural awareness. I encourage and embody radical self-acceptance, replacing judgment with genuine and compassionate curiosity. I am radically anti-oppressive and sex positive, fostering a space where all identities and experiences are celebrated without shame or bias.
I am deeply passionate about helping people explore connection in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and grounded in self-awareness.
I’ve cultivated a unique approach that blends my background as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with my lived experience as a dancer, martial artist, and somatic practitioner. These disciplines have taught me to listen to and communicate through the body, a skill I now help others develop to navigate their relational patterns and challenges.
I draw from somatic techniques, talk therapy, and coaching to support clients in aligning with their instincts and building trust in their ability to create meaningful relationships. My approach is both radically anti-oppressive and sex-positive, emphasizing transparency, humor, and genuine connection.
My passion for this work is not just professional—it’s personal. I actively apply the dating philosophy I teach in my own life, going on an average of four dates a week. This real-life practice of mine allows me to stay engaged, excited, and curious, and I often share my experiences to offer relatable insights for group participants.
Through years of experience in the field, I’ve seen how transformative it can be for people to reconnect with their instincts, trust their body’s wisdom, and approach relationships from a place of curiosity and self-compassion. My philosophy centers on the belief that connection begins within, and my role is to guide clients toward discovering and embracing their own path to relational fulfillment.
