What to expect
This group introduces people to foundational frameworks for understanding the whole self: mind, body, heart, and spirit. Participants learn to work consciously with each aspect, build practical skills, and use their inner experience as guidance toward greater stability, aliveness, and awakening.
Sessions will include curriculum, exercises, and discussion related to the different aspects of ourselves as whole beings: such as cognition, emotion, soul, and physical sensation. Participants will learn frameworks and practices for relating more consciously to each of these aspects of themselves, with opportunities to apply what they are learning both within the group and in their everyday lives.
The group is both a place to learn the material and a place to practice implementing it.
Participants are joining a group where others are actively engaged in their own journeys and learning processes. Part of the experience is a willingness to walk alongside others in their process while also learning about your own interpersonal patterns—tracking what triggers you, how you react to others, and what those reactions can teach you about yourself.
You need a willingness to learn and apply the principles and practices taught in sessions to your life outside of the group, and to come back with examples of what you tried, noticed, learned, or struggled with. Be open to share your experience, ask questions, and receive support, constructive reflection, and feedback.
At the end of the group, you will take away a holistic tool-kit for navigating mental health.
