This group wellness retreat is ideally suited for individuals who experience intense emotions and carry a profound sense of inner weight, whether from unresolved grief, emotional sensitivity, or the ongoing demands of caring for others. You may find this group particularly beneficial if you often feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed by daily stressors, or disconnected from your own sense of self. This space is designed for those whose nervous systems seek a more grounded, slower pace, and whose bodies and minds yearn for rest, meaning, and authentic connection. You do not need to be in crisis or have all the answers to join; this group offers a nurturing environment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others. It is a place to softly explore what calls for your attention, to find belonging, and to create space to breathe more freely, supported by peers who understand and share similar experiences.
What to expect
Come as you are. You don’t need to arrive with intentions figured out, emotions sorted through, or a particular goal in mind. Curiosity and openness are enough.
This is a wellness retreat, not therapy. While our experiences may invite reflection and emotional exploration, this is not a clinical or therapeutic group and does not provide individualized mental health treatment.
Honor your own pace. Participate in ways that feel supportive to you. You are always welcome to pause, step away, or opt out of an activity.
Practice respect and confidentiality. We ask that you treat others’ experiences with care and discretion, allowing everyone to feel safe being themselves.
Make room for different experiences. There is no right way to grieve, feel, rest, reflect, or connect. We welcome a diversity of perspectives and honor each person's process.
Bring a spirit of presence and connection. We invite you to slow down, engage with the natural world, connect with others, and give yourself permission to simply be.
