My approach is collaborative and relational, taking into consideration that every individual's challenges are unique and require a customized approach. I am currently recruiting for a virtual Perimenopause Process Group starting Spring of 2026. Together we will explore the challenges that brought you to therapy with compassion and without judgment. We will approach your personal narrative with empathy and find a path towards growth. I work with clients who are motivated to explore the patterns that keep them stuck and looking to reevaluate their relationship with the important people in their lives, or with substances or concerning behaviors.
