Welcome! I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I walk alongside my clients as we explore how their experiences impact their lives, gain insight into their behavioral/emotional patterns, and develop and sustain life skills that attend to their needs, values, and goals. Beyond individual experiences, I recognize that social realities shape people’s mental health, and I support clients in navigating factors negatively affecting their sense of safety, connection, and well-being.
