Who this group is for

This group is for therapists who are interested in building meaningful relationships while deepening self-awareness, exploring relational patterns, and growing both professionally and personally in a supportive environment.

Therapists who are curious and eager to understand their impact on others, explore their personal narratives, and
recognize what triggers and soothes them. Individuals who value learning and growing together in community.

What to expect

We take a relational approach, acknowledging the influence of both past and present relationships. Through “here and now” reflection and meaningful feedback, we offer space to explore and experiment with new ways of relating.

Potential benefits include: Cultivating emotional openness and mindfulness in relationships. Strengthening your capacity to reflect, communicate, and connect with clients and in your personal life, while fostering a sense of belonging.
