This group is intended for

This group is ideal folks newly discovering their spirituality, who've struggled with their spirituality or religious environment, and/or as an adjunct to trauma reprocessing. Participants are also welcome to work on intergenerational issues, including but not limited to cultural, racialized, and gendered ruptures. We are inclusive of various religions, and of those who are spiritual or non-religious.

You can expect

Over the course of four weeks, we will discover and enhance your own unique gifts, get in touch with supportive lineages, and gain greater awareness of the richness of the present moment. Each session includes a blend of somatic, creative arts, IFS, EMDR, and Buddhist practices with opportunity for group share and discussion. Optional take-home exercises will be provided between sessions.

They are passionate about creating new spaces outside of organized religion for people to explore their spirituality, values, beliefs, and philosophies. They believe that creativity and imagination are crucial vehicles for revealing reality. Our systems want to heal. The more tools we offer them, the better they can find their way.
