ADHD/ADD students meet weekly for 1 month, to learn how to create rhythms and systems to enhance their focus and enjoy their learning. 🧠🤓📚

This group is intended for

Many students with ADHD or ADD find learning settings to be unsatisfying and face difficulties when it comes to task organization, prioritizing responsibilities, and knowing how to maintain their focus. These struggles can lead to falling behind in your studies, experiencing the stress of overwhelming assignments, and, at times, even impacting your self-esteem.

These common hurdles may include struggling to manage assignments and deadlines, difficulty maintaining focus on tasks for extended periods, feeling disorganized and overwhelmed by academic demands, and coping with the stigma and misconceptions associated with ADHD and ADD.

This workshop is crafted to empower students in highschool diagnosed with ADHD or ADD with the critical executive functioning skills needed for a satisfying education.

I have formal education and certifications in special education focusing on ADHD and ADD. This specialized training allows me to tailor the workshops to the unique learning styles and challenges that students with ADHD/ADD face.

I've worked closely with schools and educational psychologists to understand the academic landscape that students with ADHD/ADD navigate. This experience enriches the program by ensuring its real-world applicability.
