Who this group is for

This ongoing process group is designed for gay men seeking a space of authentic connection, shared understanding, and meaningful reflection. Many gay men navigate experiences of isolation, disconnection, or feeling “different” — whether in family, community, or broader culture. This group provides an affirming environment where members can come together, be fully seen, and explore the unique challenges and strengths of their lives.

Each week, members will engage in open conversation and process personal and collective experiences through dialogue with one another. The group offers an opportunity to:

My professional journey includes extensive experience at APLA Health, where I facilitated a Gay Men’s Intimacy Group, addressing specific challenges such as intimacy, internalized homophobia, and sexual trauma. Additionally, my role at Paradigm Treatment Center honed my skills in adolescent and family therapy, enabling me to navigate complex behavioral issues and crisis environments effectively. My approach integrates mindfulness, creative arts, and humor, creating a warm, non-judgmental space that fosters connection and growth.
