Who this group is for

Group members join because something interpersonal isn't working, whether in dating, at work, or with friends. In this group, you'll learn about yourself and how you react to others, and practice new ways of connecting with a group of peers who are committed to doing the same work.

What to expect

You can expect open, honest feedback from fellow members who are committed to improving their relationships. When the group needs it, I'll be there to keep things both productive and supportive.
The expectations for a new member are simple: show up and be as honest as you can — even if that means saying "I don't know." Bring what's not working. This isn't a group where you report on how things are going well. It's good to celebrate wins, and we will. But the real work happens when something is hard and you have a room full of people willing to help you figure it out.

I have been leading this group for the past nine years. I'm a licensed psychologist, certified in group therapy, and a presenter at the American Group Psychotherapy Association. I specialize in improving relationships, navigating difficult professional environments, and revitalizing motivation.

I received clinical training at San Francisco Veterans Administration Medical Center, Marin County Behavioral Health Services, and the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Chronic Pain Clinic.

My goal is to help you gain more control over your life, and have more confidence in your relationships.

I am a licensed psychologist in NY, CA, and ME, and provide teletherapy in other states through PSYPACT, the interstate telehealth compact. AK, HI, IA, LA, MA, NM, OR, and U.S. territories are excluded.
