Who this group is for

Creative Flow is for artists, performers, writers, musicians, and creatives of any level who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from their work. It’s especially supportive for those navigating perfectionism, self-doubt, rejection, or the pressure to constantly produce. This group offers a low-stakes, structured space to reflect, breathe, create, and reconnect with your values alongside a community of like-minded creatives. No professional status required, just a desire to engage your creativity in a more sustainable, supported way.

What to expect

Creative Flow offers a structured, supportive space for reflection, guided exercises (such as breathwork and creative prompts), and time to create alongside others. Participants can expect a consistent weekly format, a small group setting, and a focus on process rather than critique or performance. This is a non-clinical group designed to support creative well-being and sustainable momentum, and members are encouraged to attend consistently and engage in ways that feel authentic and respectful.

As both a mental health counselor and former professional performer, I understand the creative process from the inside out. I specialize in supporting artists navigating perfectionism, burnout, rejection, and the pressure to constantly produce. My work is grounded in a deep respect for how vulnerable and identity-shaping creative work can be. Creative Flow reflects my belief that artists need spaces where they can reconnect with their values and creative voice while building meaningful community connection.
