Are you a queer cis or trans woman working in the arts? Feeling burnt out or powerless to perfectionism? Are you seeking sustainable ways to reconnect to yourself and your creative practice? Let's do it together!

What to expect

This 8 week, skills-based therapy group is designed for queer women in creative fields who want practical tools for emotional regulation and nervous system awareness to better navigate perfectionism and creative burnout. The group supports participants in understanding how stress, pressure, and identity-related experiences live in the body—and how those patterns can impact creative work.

Hi, I’m Alex 👋🏻 I’m a queer, millennial therapist with many “past lives” when it comes to work, including professional dancer and actor. I've journeyed through my own bouts of perfectionism, self-criticism, and discrimination -- and I'm eager to provide a supportive space where queer women don't have to struggle with these experiences alone.
