Who this group is for

This therapy group is designed for individuals who are experiencing feelings of being unmotivated or overwhelmed and are seeking a supportive environment to foster accountability and companionship.

Those who are looking to enhance their motivation, manage stress more effectively, and benefit from the encouragement and shared experiences of peers are welcome here.

This group welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to personal growth and are open to collaborative support.

This group is not for one-on-one therapeutic support nor a fit for those who are currently experiencing acute mental health crises.

What to expect

We want you to show up, for yourself. There is motivation in community.
