Who this group is for
Have you ever noticed that breathing can be hard? Maybe you don’t breathe fully into your lungs. Maybe a full breath is uncomfortable. Maybe you’ve realized how often you hold your breath. For something we automatically do everyday for survival, it can move into patterns that served to protect us at some point but now limits us.
What to expect
You can expect to learn and practice different breathing patterns. Drawing on principles of Ayurveda, participants will explore breath practices that regulate energy, calm the nervous system, and deepen their connection to the earth. It blends somatic techniques, and holistic wellness. This series can be done as stand alone workshops but attending all three will provide maximum skill development
