The loss of sibling is a complex, heartbreaking, and sometimes lonely experience. You’ll find a caring, non-judgmental space to share your story, your memories, and the parts that still ache. Together, we’ll explore how sibling loss changes family dynamics, identity, and everyday life. This is a small, 8 week support group for Adults 18+ grieving the loss of a sibling.
What to expect
By participating in this therapy group, members will receive compassionate, empathetic support from peers, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. They will develop active listening skills, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively with others. Additionally, clients will learn to express their emotions and experiences more openly, which can lead to increased self-awareness and emotional regulation.
