Hi! I'm Nicole, your hopeful romantic therapist. I specilze in working with people going through relationship problems, and specialize in modern and effective therapies like EMDR, Attatchment Therapy, Parts work (IFS), and mindfulness. I, like you, have been through the ups and downs in relationships, and know how hard going through a breakup can be. I created this group after attending cooking classes on my own, and loving the flow and how it encouraged me to try something new. Cooking and baking have always been something I find comforting and help me cope through hard time. I hope that people leave feeling supported, inspired, and more hopeful after attending my workshop!
