As a first-generation Jamaican-American, Black, Christian millennial woman and eldest daughter of three, I carry the weight and wisdom of layered identities. My lived experience navigating the intersections of culture, faith, race, gender, and generational responsibility allows me to create a healing space where others with marginalized identities can show up fully, speak their truth, and receive the communal support they need to thrive in the face of systemic oppression.
