Who this group is for

This group is for tender-hearted 30-somethings who loved deeply, struggle with anxious attachment, and are feeling lost after losing the person they thought was “the one.” It’s for those who replay every text, miss the connection more than they want to admit, and are ready to process the heartbreak in a space that gets it—messy feelings, big hope, and all.

What to expect

Expect:
A safe, no-judgment space to share your heartbreak—even the parts you think are “too much”

Tools to calm your nervous system and manage anxiety when the urge to text hits hard

EMDR-inspired exercises to help reprocess painful memories and let go of stuck emotions

Attachment-focused support to understand your patterns and begin healing from the root

Guided practices like visualization, inner child work, and parts work to grow self-worth

Weekly themes around grief, letting go, identity after heartbreak, and rebuilding hope

Relatable community—others who get it and won’t tell you to “just move on”

Moments of laughter, relief, and maybe even closure (yes, it’s possible)

I’m Nicole—a therapist, hopeful romantic, and someone who’s been through her own “this was supposed to be forever” heartbreak. I specialize in helping people navigate breakups, attachment wounds, and relationship grief using EMDR and parts work. I created this group because I know how hard it is to let go when it felt like the one. You don’t have to do it alone—and healing doesn’t have to mean forgetting. It means remembering your worth.
