Who this group is for
This workshop is for therapists, coaches, and healing professionals who want to write articles that truly connect with the people they’re meant to serve. You’ll learn how to share your voice with confidence, speak directly to your ideal client’s struggles, and stop second-guessing your marketing. If you’ve ever felt stuck between sounding “too clinical” or “too salesy,” this is your place. You’ll walk away with writing tools, peer support, and at least one powerful, ready-to-publish article that reflects your work—and your heart.

Hi, I’m Kevin Bergen. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and an experienced teacher of group therapy at Pepperdine University. But for this workshop, I’ll be stepping more into the role of coach and creative mentor. I’ve led groups for years and taught therapists how to connect through story, presence, and voice. I’ve also done deep work through The Mankind Project and 12-Step fellowships. My clinical credentials are here to support the process—but what you’ll experience in this group is real-world writing guidance, honest feedback, and a commitment to help you show up on the page with clarity and conviction.
