Who this group is for

This group is for men who feel stuck in cycles of problematic sexual behavior—whether you call it addiction, compulsion, or just something that doesn’t align with who you want to be. You might be successful in other areas of life but struggling here. You might feel isolated, ashamed, or confused about why you keep returning to behavior that doesn't serve you.

You'll find a confidential, nonjudgmental space where you can connect with other men working through the same issues. Together, we’ll build the tools, insight, and accountability to break the cycle, clarify your values, and move forward with honesty and integrity.

What to expect

STRUCTURE
• We begin each session with brief check-ins.
• Topics are set by the group and may include: urges and triggers, emotional avoidance, relapse patterns, honesty with partners, spirituality, shame, self-worth, and building healthy sexuality.
• Optional guest speakers on recovery, accountability, or relationships.

ACTIVITIES & EXERCISES
• Psychoeducation on behavior cycles, dopamine, attachment, etc.
• Mindfulness or grounding exercises.
• Journaling for self-discovery, habit tracking, or processing.
• Roleplay or guided practice: setting boundaries, telling the truth, asking for support.
• Scripting for difficult conversations that are coming up.

As a licensed therapist and experienced men’s group facilitator, I bring a mix of clinical training and personal insight. I’ve worked for years with men recovering from sex addiction and navigating the gray areas of problematic sexual behavior.

I don’t expect you to have perfect insight—or even to call yourself an addict. You just need to be honest about wanting change. I meet you where you are, and together we’ll build something stronger.
