This group is for anyone—professionals, caregivers, parents, students—who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in cycles of self-criticism and stress. Before joining, many are silently struggling: they show up for others but neglect their own needs, feel like they’re never “enough,” or battle burnout, anxiety, or emotional numbness. They crave relief, connection, and a gentler way to relate to themselves. This course offers a space to breathe, reconnect, and build practical, research-based skills to meet life’s challenges with compassion rather than judgment.
What to expect
Participants can expect a supportive, structured 8-week journey rooted in evidence-based practices. Each session offers guided meditations, reflective exercises, and group discussion—all designed to build skills in mindfulness and self-compassion. You’ll learn practical tools to quiet self-criticism, navigate difficult emotions, and respond to stress with greater ease. While this isn’t therapy, many experience deep personal insight and relief. What we offer is a safe space to grow emotional resilience, cultivate kindness toward yourself, and feel less alone in your struggles.
