my Story
My journey as a therapist has been guided by a deep belief in the healing power of authentic relationships. I began my career working with young adults navigating eating disorders, where I learned that beneath struggles with food and body image are universal longings for connection, belonging, and self-acceptance. Those early years shaped the therapist I am today and continue to influence my work.
Over time, my practice evolved to focus on adults in midlife—a season often marked by transition, self-discovery, and the opportunity to create a more intentional life. It is a privilege to support clients as they deepen their relationships with themselves and others while navigating life's complexities.
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about training and supervising therapists, helping clinicians strengthen their confidence, clinical skills, and capacity to facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.
At the center of my work is a deep love for interpersonal process groups. I believe group therapy offers a unique space where people can experience themselves through the eyes of others, practice new ways of relating, and discover that they are not alone. There is something incredibly powerful about witnessing members take risks, offer honest feedback, repair relationships, and grow together in real time.
Whether I am working with an individual, leading a therapy group, or teaching fellow clinicians, my work is grounded in one belief: healing happens in relationship. It is an honor to create spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
