I enjoy working with clients who want to discover their authentic Self and develop healthy self-leadership. I work experientially and utilize a variety of traditional and modern somatic methods to help you attain fulfillment. I am skilled at helping people safely explore deep core issues and find ways through the healing process with strength and grace by creating an open, honest relationship with themselves to create lasting long-term growth and change.
