my Story
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, often beneath the surface of very full lives. My work is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating safety, ease, and trust.
A meaningful part of my practice is facilitating Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) groups. Group KAP offers something unique—the experience of being supported not just by a therapist, but by a shared sense of humanity. In these spaces, people often feel less alone as they explore their inner world in a gentle, intentional way.
I approach KAP groups with thoughtful preparation and integration, helping participants make sense of their experiences and bring what emerges back into everyday life. My style is warm, steady, and attuned, allowing room for curiosity, vulnerability, and moments of insight to unfold naturally.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to be real—with themselves and with others. Group KAP creates a supportive container where meaningful change can occur, often with more connection, compassion, and lightness than people expect.
