my Story
I am a clinical psychologist and Certified Group Psychotherapist specializing in modern analytic, relational, and interpersonal group work. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen most powerfully in relationships—and that group therapy provides a uniquely transformative place to understand and change the patterns that shape our lives.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped people explore the emotional stories they carry into relationships: the long-standing habits of protecting themselves, striving, withdrawing, over-functioning, pleasing, or staying silent. In group, these patterns naturally emerge—and together we create a space where they can be understood, spoken about directly, and ultimately transformed.
Clients often come to me wanting deeper connection, less isolation, more authenticity, and a clearer sense of who they are in relationship to others. Group therapy offers a rare opportunity to do this work with support, openness, and immediacy.
