Dr. Noelle Deckman

I am a clinical psychologist and the owner of OCD, Anxiety, & Trauma Psychological Services, P.C., which serves residents of California, Maine, and people living in PSYPACT participating states. My practice offers evidence-based care via Telehealth for people who may struggle to find help due to their geographic location, busy schedule, etc. I prioritize working collaboratively throughout the treatment process, while also striving to empower people to make effective, long-lasting changes in their lives. I practice CBT (includes ERP, CPT, ACT, DBT) to treat OCD and Related Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, and Somatic Symptom Disorders. I offer ERP group therapy for OCD and Virtual Reality for exposure-based treatments. I often incorporate mindfulness, coping skills, and DBT skills to facilitate your recovery process. I have received formal training treating patients aged 10 years and older suffering from a range of psychological disorders through the VA system, Family Justice Center, North County Lifeline, and San Clemente Psychological Services.
