my Story
My traumatic personal life as an abused teenage divorced mother of two (by age 16) motivated me to go to college with the hope of it resulting in a stable existence. The experience taught me how to help others but one of the many things not taught was how to overcome my own struggles with anxiety and naivete among other things. For answers to those issues I attended the School of Hard Knocks and many counseling sessions for years. Now on the other side of compound struggles I am able to combine life lessons and formal learning in ways that have proven helpful.
