my Story

Our bodies serve as a living vessel, holding our true self, our joy and happiness, our fears, and the pain and suffering we have endured. Oftentimes, our true self can be overwhelmed by the pain, suffering, and fears, creating a life that feels like we are just surviving. I believe therapy can help one transition from surviving to thriving and being their authentic self. I am a proud gay, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who offers a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I approach my practice with active-listening, empathy, and unconditional positive regard allowing clients to feel safe and begin a journey of self-discovery. I provide an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, drawing from a diverse range of techniques and ideas across various psychotherapy modalities.
